Voices Talent are a huge part of your radio networks resources and from the Voices button, any user can see a list of every voice available in your Talent Bank. Users can see the Voice Over Talents names, their contact details and even hear a demo of their work to assess their suitability.
New voices are added to the Talent Bank by Moderators in the Settings area. After new voices are added they become visible in the Voices window and also available for selection in the review and production cues. All voices are given a unique color when they are added to the system. This color displays in the voice field when they are selected for projects, making individual voices easier to identify in a large list and group for sessions.
Voices cannot be added without an audio demo which is best uploaded as an MP3. Ensure you have a demo handy from the Talent before you attempt to add them to the Voice Talent Bank.
