This cue works much the same as the Review Cue and retains almost identical functionality and performance. The moderator will most likely be the production manager. Again the moderator of this cue must be an administrator.
This cue can be sorted a number of ways. By date required, by station, by cart number, by category, by contact or by voice group. All users
have the ability to view this cue, but only administrators can operate it. This helps all users get a feel for how busy the production department is and where their project sit by priority.
From within this cue the moderator can edit any aspect of any order. Orders may also be deleted from the cue permanently. Administrators
will always receive a cautionary warning confirming any permanent deletion is intentional before the command will be actioned.
Moderators of the production cue also have the ability to bump orders back to the review cue for additional consideration if the project is incomplete or in error. In addition, moderators of the production cue can add production notes to orders. This can be very handy when more
than one producer is working on the same project. Moderators can also attach audio or other files and nominate preferred voices.
Batch printing is also available so that the moderator may sort the work by voice and then batch print every script required for that voice session in 1 click.
All activity in this cue is monitored in the activity feeds.
