Inside this cue a list of every project completed for airplay can be seen by any user. Standard Users may click on any project listed from their market. Moderators can click on every project regardless of market. From the cue, all users can view the required by date, station, cart number, category and contact name for each project. The description field remains dynamic and can be adjusted or re-labled if necessary. The list can be sorted numerous ways using the "sort by" feature and a search window is provided to locate specific projects inside large lists.
Projects remain in this cue until their broadcast date concludes, after which Radio WorkFlow automatically advances them into the Archive and strips the project of it's attachments.
Click on a project and users or moderators can see every piece of relevant information to the job including the newly applied "Session Location Data" from production and revised running length. The Activity Feed Link provides users with info on the timeline the project has undertaken. The comments link displays a list of every comment associated with the project during its evolution in chronological order. Each comment is time stamped and accompanied by a thumbnail image of the author. The "Completed Bin" button returns the user to the completed list view. There is also a print button which prints only the item being viewed. Request Redo sends the completed project back to production where new comments can be added to explain the alterations that need to be made. The Archive button advances the project through to the final storage area "Archive" and strips the project of it's attachments to save server space.
The Trash Can deletes the project from the Workflow Software permanantly. There is no recovery from this process, however the user is warned with a message that confirms the deletion request after the button is clicked.
