The Archive Bin

The Archive bin is the long term parking area for all projects that have finished their on air run but may be useful to revisit sometime in the future. Projects from this cue can be searched via the internal search cue. Any project the user is authorised to view is clickable from within this list and all the normal functions and tools are still available such as "Activity Feed", "Comments" and "Order Details".

There is also a button that will quickly return you to the archive cue view and a print function and a trash can for deletion of the project. All deletions are permanent and therefor include an intermediate warning screen.

The only unique feature in the archive is the "resurrect" button. From here user can re-deliver the project to the review cue or directly to production (depending on their user type). User who choose to resurrect a project see all the information in a "Create New Order" form and are given the opportunity to make any adjustments they like before re-submitting it as an active project.

For example, users may choose to alter the run dates, add or subtract scripting information or change the description before submitting it for review.
The cart number field will always be presented blank during the resurrection process and users will need to confirm the new cart number before submitting. It is recommended that user select a different cart number to the original project to avoid confusion later.

The Archive bin is capable of storing hundreds of projects and the pages list at the bottom of the screen with "page 1" containing the most recent additions. After a set period of time, (as determined in the control panel), the projects at the long end of the archive are automatically deleted. Notifications of these deletions are sent to all users in the notifications panel.
