The Review Queue is the next stage in the evolution of your order and is generally moderated by the Program Director, Group Program Director, Creative Director or Production Manager and can be sorted a number of ways such as date required, station, cart number, category, contact or voice grouping.
The user of this queue will always be a Moderator. Users can view every item in this queue, however they may only open projects generated from within their market. All material submitted to the Review Queue from other stations in the network is visible to the user, but not openable.
Once opened in the Review Queue the user can still edit the details of their own programming order and may choose to alter the script or some of the broadcast data like run dates, category or description.
If the Moderator of the Review Queue is happy with the condition of the project, they may simply proceed the order by clicking on the "approve" button at the bottom of the script. If any aspect of the script or project information requires altering, they may click on the edit button and make the appropriate changes. From the edit screen the moderator can then choose to "Edit and Approve" with one click, committing the changes and proceeding the order to the Production Queue, otherwise the Moderator can select "Edit" from the drop down menu in which case the newly edited order will save changes and return to the Review Queue for approval at a later stage.
Moderators can also attach items to the projects and add production notes for producers aswell as print orders, assign producer and select a preferred voice allocated for the order.
Orders may also be permanently deleted from the Review Queue by the Moderators and will always receive a cautionary warning confirming any permanent deletion is intentional before this command will be actioned.
When an order is approved by the Moderators an email will be automatically forwarded to the predefined production email address in Radio WorkFlows global settings panel advising of the new incoming order.
All actions in the Review Queue are tracked in the activity feeds including order deletions.
