The presets area displays a list of templates for regularly updated projects in your programming world. This area is especially handy for managing projects such as segments sponsorships that may change frequently, such as news and weather credits, ongoing program sponsors
or weekend promotions.
Presets allows users to easily action changes to these sorts of programming elements safely and efficiently. Alterations to any existing preset can be set to skip the review cue and go directly to production, allowing the sales and promotions team to directly handle
their sponsorship arrangements directly and avoid tying up valuable programming time.
All the regular details of a template are pre-provided, such as the cart number,length and the description. Users simply insert their new run dates and content.
Most importantly, Presets are designed to "skip" the cart number validation process. This means that Radio WorkFlow wont reject the
number on the basis that it already exists on air. The Presets area is set up for the ongoing maintenance of projects that run on the same
number. Allowing continuity of programming and reducing scheduling workloads further down the line as well as reducing the opportunity
for error. Presets also skip the word count validation.
New Presets are set up in the Settings panel by moderators only and existing presets can be edited there too.
