Welcome to the Panic Room! This is where you go when things get really scary. Panic is Radio Workflows inbuilt problem solving tool that
instantly pools all the stations resources to solve any urgent problems that your programming department might be faced with, in a fun and classically "radio" way.
Use Panic to fix something that's going to air wrong, or is about to. Simply click on the Panic Button, enter a description of your problem and start panicking! An urgent "Panic Message" is then displayed in bright red on every moderators screen and an urgent red "Panic Message" is displayed in every users Activity Feed. These messages include a brief description of the panic and a clickable link to the full details of the problem.
From here any user capable of solving the panic can "Take Responsibility" for the problem by hitting the "Don't Worry, I'll Take Care of It" button.
After someone has taken responsibility, the activity feed gets updated with a message informing the group who has taken over, but that the problem is still being rectified. The Panicked is emailed with this information automatically. The red panic message remains on the Dashboard of every moderator until the Panic has been resolved. As soon as the user who has taken responsibility for the Panic has completed the task, he or she then clicks on the green "Panic Calmed" button, the red message then disappears, the activity feed is updated with a final massage indicating that the reason for panic has been resolved and the panicking user is automatically emailed confirming the good news. Users involved are updated with automatic notifications in the "Notifications" area as well.
Panic is a unique and fun way to approach a very serious matter in an industry that demands creative thinkers solve endless problems.
