All new users of the software require accounts with usernames and passwords setup by any Moderator with Global Settings access.
During the set up process new users are categorized as either "User" or "Moderator" and a Moderator has access to the full functionality of the software, with the ability to disable global functions and approve or review orders and many other operational commands.
A Moderator is capable of viewing, editing and approving any project from any market if in single hub mode, only the market they belong to if in cluster mode or any market assigned to them if in multiple hub mode.
It is recommended that you select only as many Moderators as necessary, most accounts holders will be standard "Users". It is essential that the users working within the Production Queue and the Review Queue (If enabled) are Moderators and it is also possible for one Moderator to do both.
