FreeFlow is an area for all users in the radio network to share programming material such as Show Prep, Music, Interviews, Content, Files, Press Releases, News, Comedy or Production. In fact anything worth sharing can be submitted into FreeFlow and within a few clicks it's available for download to anyone in your network, or just a particular market f you prefer.
New FreeFlow submissions also generate automatic email notifications so that everyone in the group knows a new "Flow" is available.
All available FreeFlows are listed with the latest at the top. The full data content of each flow is displayed on the right, complete with any downloadable content, a thumbnail image of the contributor and all comments. All postings are time and date stamped for quick reference and users can post comments or queries in the "comments" box associated with each "Flow". The comments post immediately and any contributor who is involved in that particular "Flow" receives an automatic email advising of a new comment in relation to the posting.
An abbreviated postings list is displayed down the left hand side of the window for faster navigation to your preferred "Flow"
Users can choose to select a category from the drop down menu and refine the available material to a specific type. There is also a search field to help you find what you are looking for faster. Free Flows are automatically deleted after a month and the proposed deletion date is displayed in the left hand column. Users have the opportunity to defer the deletion by clicking on the "extend flow" link, giving the Flow an extra 1 month shelf life.
To contribute your own Free Flow, just click on the create flow link at the top right hand corner. You can then confirm your target market, give your flow a description, choose a category and leave some comments. Then click contribute. Next You will be given the opportunity to upload any attachments if you have any, such as audio, images or documents.
