Create New Order Form.

This is where much of your radio stations workflow begins, any user can begin a project and have it submitted for review by the chosen Moderators (usually a Program Director or Department Supervisor).

Many of the fields inside this order form can be controlled globally by the Moderators and therefore it may be compulsory for some or all of these fields to be completed accurately in order for the "Create New Order" form to be successfully submitted.

When an order is successfully submitted an email will be automatically forwarded to the Moderators of the Review Queue advising of the new incoming order. In the event that a user attempts to submit data that falls outside the operating parameters (as defined by the Moderators), they will be presented with an error message that highlights the problematic field and prompts the desired data range.

In the event that all compulsory fields have been correctly entered, the user will receive a "Congratulations - Your Order has been Successfully Submitted" message upon completion. The user will also be provided with a clickable link that will generate a copy of the project that can be saved as a word document file on the users computer.

There is also a word counter that reconciles the script against the promo length and advises the contributor to add or remove words in order to create a script that suits. The desired parameters are controlable by the Moderators from the Admin Panel. This functionality can be sidestepped for incomplete projects or projects which require less script by checking the "No Script Required/Please Write" box or the entire function can be turned off by the Moderators.

In the event of multiple errors the user will receive multiple error messages and will be required to fix all of the problem areas before the order is submitted.
