The Radio WorkFlow Calender is a powerful resource capable of quickly displaying every project presently on air on any particular date. This function is particularly handy when trying to identify a project that has been vaguely identified as problematic. For example a client thinks they heard an incorrect sponsorship message go to air on the weekend....
Simply Select your date and your station then click update. The list displayed indicates every event on air for that day and also displays the cart number, length, station and start / finish dates. If the list displayed is still too long to manage, refine your results by selecting a Category from the menu above.
Click on any project in the list to display the script. Any user can now see the projects critical data and easily compare it with what is
playing on air.
Input data for the Calender is automatic, so no maintenance is required.
